LITTLE TAIPANS

DID YOU KNOW THAT:

  • In the last 10 years the number of Australian children considered overweight or obese has doubled.
  • 70% of 5-14 year old kids are NOT involved with any school or after school sport or activities.
  • Two thirds of overweight kids become overweight adults.
  • Kids are subjected to bullying in and out of school grounds.

The little Taipans class consists of both fitness and skill components and follows a fun structured approach to Muaythai. This class is designed for children 4-10years old so they can channel all that extra energy and make new friends whilst learning Muaythai. There are 5 levels the child can achieve.

MUAYTHAI CARDIO FITNESS CLASS

Are you tired, unfit, low on self esteem and have no energy?

Want to feel better about yourself, have fun and meet new friends?

Well this class is for you! 1 hour of solid cardio training, come in and MAXIMISE:

MUAYTHAI ALL LEVELS 1 HOUR

Muaythai is the best form of exercise it strengthens your core, conditions your whole body, builds your endurance and gives you a cardiovascular workout while having fun building confidence and learning to defend yourself.

In these classes you will learn your:

  • Fighting stance, footwork and blocking techniques
  • Grading Levels set in the WMC - IFMA Khan Muaythai Education Syllabus
  • Pad work and bag work
  • Blocking and counter attack techniques
  • Muaythai striking and grappling
  • Leg catching and foot work counter attack skills
  • Sparring and takedowns.

Learn from professional Khru (trainers) with real Muaythai accreditation from Thailand.

MUAY BORAN AND KRABI KRABONG CLASS

Before Muaythai became a ring sport it was a Martial Art. This Ancient Martial Art of Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong were used on the battle fields by the Thai Royal Army.

Muay Boran is a proper and realistic self defence that will help you out of any situation

In this class you will learn:

  • Muay Boran/Muaythai to protect yourself on the street
  • Krabi Krabong the two swords they used to fight with on the battle fields (we teach you with sticks)

In this class you will:

  • Gain confidence and positive thinking
  • Overcome adversity and face fear
  • Maintain self control and build inner strength

Learn from professional Khru (trainers) with real Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong knowledge.

SPARRING

This is a practical class where you put your skills and what you learn to practice in a safe and controlled environment.

In this class you will:

  • Maximise body conditioning and Endurance

Equipment required: Uniform Muaythai Shorts, T-shirt or Singlet, 160z Gloves, Groin Guard, Shin Pads, Mouth Guard, Towel (Head Gear optional).

You will not be allowed to participate in this class if you don't have all the equipment required.

FIGHTERS CLASS PRO/AM

This is a hardcore training class not for the faint hearted.

In this class we do:

  • Pad work and bag work
  • Jogging and Sprints
  • Skipping and core workout
  • Grappling and Sparring
  • Advanced striking and Drills

In this class you will:

  • Gain Confidence and positive thinking
  • Overcome adversity and face fear
  • Maintain self control and build inner strength
  • Maximise body conditioning and Endurance

Learn from professional Khru (trainers) with real Muaythai accreditation from Thailand and expert ring experience.

RESTRICTED CLASS FOR FIGHTERS AND ADVANCED STUDENTS ONLY

Equipment required: Uniform Muaythai Shorts, Taipan T-shirt or Singlet, 160z Gloves, Groin Guard, Shin Pads, Mouth Guard, Towel and Head Gear optional.

You will not be allowed to participate in this class if you don't have all the equipment required.
